One memorable experience inspired a dream. The best fish I ever had came out of one. It was hot, fresh, crispy, and smelled so good I wanted to eat through the bag. That moment sparked something special in me. It reminded me how powerful food can be when it’s made with love, flavor, and intention.
For years, I told myself I wanted my own restaurant. I had the vision, the passion, and the creativity — I just didn’t know when the opportunity would come. But once the plan came together, we made it happen.
